I thought it was going to be a snap to put the Yule kit together this year, since I’m working on the kiss-lock purse WDW pamphlet. It turns out that the frame I was using is an odd size and I haven’t been able to find more of it to use in the kits. ….pattern re-do… ugh… I won’t be done in time for any stitching to happen if that’s the case. Instead I’m working up a set of small ornaments to be done as tiny motifs and glued back to back. It looks like right now it’s going to be a set of 3 or 4 in reds and greens. They’ll be quick to work up, since it took me less than a day to do the sample set (which is currently drying, so no pix….)
In other news, my oldest UFO in the embroidery stack finally got finished!
I’m currently re-vamping the pincushions galleries, so pictures are going up and down. I should be done by the end of this week, so please be patient.
The re-print of sets 3 and 4 is heading for the printer tomorrow. Watch here for news!

The pattern for the mask is from https://freesewing.org/blog/facemask-frenzy. I’m going to have to do at least one….
